Bail ruling expected in Siam Lee murder case

The protracted bail application started in March and only finished this month.

Magistrate Mahomed Motala is expected to deliver his ruling in the Durban Magistrate’s Court just before midday.

20-year-old Lee disappeared from outside an alleged brothel in Durban North in January.

Her badly burnt body was found on a farm in New Hanover in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands two days later.
