Another cold front, snowfall forecast for KZN on Thursday

KwaZulu-Natal's bracing for another cold front.
An icy blast has hit the province with snowfall on the Berg and temperatures plunging to a minimum of 2 degrees Celcius in Underberg and 3 degrees in Mooi River and Kokstad overnight.
The South African Weather Service's Stacy Colborne says a second cold snap is expected on Thursday.

"Looking ahead for the rest of the week, there's a 30% chance of showers and thundershowers mostly over the entire province on Thursday.
"We have another cold front coming on Thursday. Temperatures won't rise that much. On Friday, it will be pretty much clear we just have a 30% chance showers, mostly over the north coast and the adjacent interior."
Colborne says there'll also be more snowfall over southern Drakensberg.

"We are expecting snowfall for that south-western part of KZN, which will include places like Van Reene, Giant's Castle, Underberg, Kokstad and the Lesotho mountains."
Meanwhile, disaster teams have been deployed to some municipalities following reports of flooding on roads and bridges in Ugu, uMkhanyakude and the eastern parts of King Cetshwayo and the Zululand District.
