A decision regarding Jacob Zuma's future as president of the country is set to be announced soon.
This is according to African National Congress (ANC) President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Ramaphosa issued a statement stating that President Zuma's position will be communicated further once all pertinent matters have been finalised.
"The constructive process we have embarked on offers the greatest opportunity to conclude this matter without discord or division," says Ramaphosa.

The country was plunged into uncertainty following the announcement by Parliament's presiding officers that SONA 2018 was indefinitely postponed.
This was closely followed by the postponement of the NEC meeting that was also supposed to take place on Wednesday.
A new date is yet to be announced for the SONA.
