A traditional healer was sentenced to life imprisonment for his role in the crime in October.

Three other people received sentences between 12 and 15-years.

A fifth person pleaded guilty soon after the crime and was also received a life sentence.

A 30-year-old man was acquitted.

Desiree's sister, Jennet says the family was disappointed at the length of the sentences handed down to three of the killers.
