Sandra Bullock had her fans oohing and aahing after giving them a rare glimpse of her daughter Laila.

The actress was a guest on 'Red Table Talk' - a popular Facebook Watch series hosted by Jada Pinkett-Smith, her 66-year-old mother Adrienne Banfield-Jones, and daughter Willow Smith.

The ladies hosted a special Mother's Day show to honour coronavirus heroes.

Sandra, who joined the trio via a video call from her home, surprised April Buencamino, a mother of two who works as a nurse manager at one of the hospitals that received masks from the actress.

The Oscar-winner donated 6,000 KN95 masks to healthcare workers in Los Angeles last month.

"April, thank you. I'm gonna try and say this without crying,  thank you for everything that you're doing because we get to sit here and be home with our families because you are out there doing the hard, hard, hard work," the 'Miss Congeniality' star told April.

During their chat, Sandra said she had someone who wanted to say something to April. Her daughter Laila then joined her.

"Thank you, April, for doing everything for everyone," Laila said.

Sandra adopted her daughter in 2015 when she was just three years old. She also adopted a little boy named Louis in 2010.

The actress has done her best to keep her children out of the public eye, but it looks like Laila wanted to say something special to the healthcare workers saving scores of lives on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis.
