More *NSYNC music on the way

Justin Timberlake says there "may be a little something" in the works with his former *NSYNC group members.

Now that Justin Timberlake is in a better place with his former *NSYNC band members, fans can look forward to more new music from the group.

JT spilled the beans during his Tuesday appearance on 'The Kelly Clarkson Show'. Justin reunited with *NSYNC in 2023 to perform a song for the 'Trolls Band Together' movie.

'Better Place' was released on September 29. The song was the group's first song together in over 20 years.

Justin told Kelly that it "was fun" working with JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Joey Fatone again.

"It’s kind of crazy, like, there’s so much that just picks up right where it left off as far as the chemistry."

He hinted that there could be more collaborations on the way.

"We've been in the studio, so there may be a little something in the future too," he said.

However, fans hoping for an official *NSYNC reunion shouldn't hold their breath.

According to TMZ, Justin's former bandmates only recorded backup vocals for a song on his upcoming album, 'Everything I Thought It Was' - which is technically "new music", but not officially as *NSYNC.

Sources did not rule out a possible reunion in the future but that won't be taking place anytime soon. Justin is currently promoting his new album, which drops on March 15.

He has already released the album's lead single, 'Selfish'

He told Kelly he wrote 100 songs for the album.

"I started working on this album over the pandemic and I ended up with close to 100 songs and narrowed them down to 18," he told Kelly.

The 43-year-old added that his days with *NSYNC helped him prepare for his solo career.

"Growing up in the industry and getting access to so much in the studio, I just became like a studio rat. I just loved being in there, and I loved the creative process. And also, as it pertains to harmonies, uhm, I spent some time with four other guys doing a lot of harmonies."
