Seven unions in the public service sector say hospitals and courts can expect interruptions when they embark on a national day of action next week over deadlocked wage talks.

The Asset Forfeiture Unit (AFU) in KZN has obtained a forfeiture order for the Mercedes-Benz C300 Coupé belonging to Mbuso Moloi. Moloi was allegedly caught on camera looting a basket of goods from a Woolworths store in the Glenwood area in July 2021, during the acts of public violence and looting in various parts of KZN.

The SABC has launched the SABC+ app, a streaming platform that will, among other things, give soccer lovers 28 World Cup games for free.

Springbok dietician Zeenat Simjee has claimed that it was not her, but instead someone who looks like her, that was having an affair with Springbok Elton Jantjies.
Her lawyer also reportedly said they knew who the woman was but were not willing to identify her for fear of a "much bigger problem" arising.

FA chief executive Mark Bullingham has said that they are braced to be fined for England captain Harry Kane wearing a "One Love" armband at the World Cup.
