The 21st of June is considered to be International Yoga Day. The art of yoga is a practice that brings joy, health, and peace from within. With yoga, it deepens the connection between an individual's inner soul and the external world.

Every year on June 21, people gather at gyms, parks, venues or even from your own personal environment and observe the day with a few yoga exercises to stimulate the mind, body, and soul.
