Family, friends and loved ones of Sadia Sukhraj have bid a painful farewell to the little girl. Many tears were shed at Sadia's funeral in Chatsworth, south of Durban today.
The 9-year-old's death has sparked outrage in the community.
Thousands of people attended her funeral at the Christian Revival Centre earlier.
Her great-aunt, Lalitha Pillay delivered a moving eulogy.
The family released white doves in Sadia's honour and memory at her final resting place.
