WATCH: Could you sit in ice for three hours like this chap?
Updated | By East Coast Radio
He certainly can stand the cold...

Just like Katy Perry's song, you're hot then you're cold, we are left shivering after seeing this new Guinness World Record holder. He has spent months training to do this challenge, and we cannot think of anything more unappealing.
"On the streets of Wilno, Lithuania, Valerjan Romanovski used the six months of training he had accomplished to set a new Guinness World Records title for the longest duration full body contact with ice at three hours and 26 seconds." (YouTube)
Check out the video footage of it all below, courtesy of YouTube:
"He is currently planning to attempt more records and already has over a dozen projects lined up including cycling at -170°C and several trips to Yakutia, Russia and Lapland." (YouTube)
All we have to say is, good luck...
