The snow has arrived, KZN!
Updated | By East Coast Radio
The Afriski Mountain Resort in Lesotho experienced the first snow this morning - and we can't contain our excitement!
As a city, we rarely get an opportunity to haul out our boots, puffy coats, and blankets (what blankets, right?).
So when the weather reports tell us that it's going to be a cold weekend, we don't exactly say "no" to it.

We are excited to hear that reports of snow at the Afriski Mountain Resort came in during the early hours of the morning.
According to the South African Weather Services: "Widespread showers are expected over the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal, from today into Friday. Light snowfall is possible in the Drakensberg EC regions and KZN."
Great time to dust off those boots and check out the possible light snowfall over the Drakensburg. If you can, let's try and support the beauty that is KZN!
