Let's talk job interviews!

Interviews alone can often be very traumatic. It's even worse when all the details of the job aren't disclosed.

Imagine landing an amazing interview, taking time off work, going through the interview process, and landing the job - only to find out that the salary the company is offering is lower than what you're currently earning!

So, should jobs ads disclose the salary for the position they're advertising?

Vic decided to ask KZN what they think about employers disclosing salaries; we got some real insight on why it shouldn't be disclosed, too!

Times are tough and it costs a lot for people to get to interviews, so it seems fair that there should at least be a salary range that will allow you to negotiate based on your experience.
