This is an interesting way of getting students to think outside the box.

Schools have a way of getting students to think out of the box in inventive ways.

Learning about how to be resilient, innovative and open-minded doesn't come easy.

It takes a certain kind of plan or strategy to push a student to think beyond the obvious.

"Thinking outside the box simply means that you're willing to consider different solutions and methods for reaching your desired outcome. That is to say: You want to get from point A to point B, but you don't necessarily need or want to take the tried and true route to get there." (The Entrepreneur)

A student shared a video showing what they had to do at school.

It was less than conventional but we think it showed kids how to think outside of the box. A simple assignment that got students to get inventive, not to mention creative.

The assignment asked students to bring anything but a schoolbag to school.

Watch the student's attempts at creativity, which also proved to be fun.
