We've seen some of the best of the best movies when it comes to heists. From the Ocean's franchise to the Fast and the Furious to Kevin Hart's Netflix newbie, Lift.

And the one common string among all these greats is that they were directed and filmed for entertainment.

But it seems these heists have served as a form of motivation to criminals who believe in the idea of becoming over-night millionaires.

"The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) are currently investigating the GardaWorld heist that occurred on Easter Sunday." (Oddity Central)

GardaWorld is a cash storage facility that not only has armed security coupled with the highest security systems but also has start-of-the-art motion detectors and surveillance.

But even with all of the above, they were robbed of what is believed to be $30-million.
