No love lost with this woman and the dress she rented for a wedding...

This is why you don't leave your wardrobe to chance...

When it comes to fashion and standing out, you have to put in the effort in order to stand out and make a statement. From the onset, it seems that this woman was doomed to fail...

A woman recently shared her experience in renting out a dress to wear for a wedding she was attending. Let's just say, it was not a match made in heaven...

After fitting the wedding dress, the woman, whose name is Kim Gomez, found many issues. She was recorded saying that the dress was full of holes, dirty, and was weirdly shaped.

This is what confused us about her situation though. She complained that the back part of the dress had a hole that revealed her underwear, and yet she still wore it to the wedding!

Now, we can understand that perhaps there is a possibility that she only found this out on the day of, but even then, there should always be a back up plan in place...

Note that down for future reference...

She went on to say: "When I went to return the dress after the wedding, they first denied it was their dress and after arguing, they owned up but said they would not send it out like that.

"I paid R800 to rent the dress but with all of these problems, of course I wanted my money back but they refused to give it and instead just argued with me all the time." (IOL)

Comments from the bridal store's manager did not provide much more information to corroborate Kim's side of the story. But it seems this was a case with a lot of holes in it...

The thing about hiring out a dress or anything, for that matter, you have to make sure that everything is in order before the day of the event. Perhaps it is negligent from the store's side but it's your duty to check what you are paying for as much as it is the store's responsibility.
