Macaulay Culkin returns as Kevin from 'Home Alone' in Google ad
Updated | By East Coast Radio
A Christmas flashback that makes sense for the brand world.
Ask anyone for their must-watch Christmas movie list and you will surely find 'Home Alone' on it.
Macaulay Culkin gave us an awesome rendition of a kid left alone at home during Christmas in both 'Home Alone' and 'Home Alone 2'.
He was placed 2nd on the VH1's list of the '100 Greatest Kid-Stars'. Proof of his success doesn't do him justice if you think about the nostalgia that 'Home Alone' provides.
Well, just like that Google catered to our needs by providing us with some valuable content in bringing back a favourite of ours.
A properly styled flashback advert featuring a grown-up Kevin McCallister highlights Google Assistant in the best way.
Macaulay Culkin is seen playing Kevin, who is left home alone, but this time, he has upped his trickster ways with the help of Google Assistant.

There were some rumours of a 'Home Alone' reunion earlier this year, but we have yet to see anything about that and we are already approaching the month of December.
We have to admit that remakes and reunions sometimes don't do justice to the originals, so, we don't feel like we are missing out on anything if the reunion doesn't happen.
