Bride warns her guests that if they RSVP and don't make it, it will cost them R1,400

A bride turns to a Facebook group called, Budget Wedding Planning Community, and asks for their advice.

We all know that weddings are a pricey affair under normal circumstances. But when it comes to COVID-19 weddings (yes, we know it loses that sense of fairytale and romance, but it is a reality nowadays) the cost factor has somehow become more exorbitant and therefore brides and grooms experience more stress than glory during their wedding planning.
Understanding things from a couples' perspective isn't the easiest thing to do, because we can be very judgmental... don't act like you don't...
The stress and anxiety of the whole wedding planning got the better of this bride though, to a point of no return. She posted to the "Budget Wedding Planning Community" Facebook group asking for some advice.
Her post read: "So I'm making little cards to add to our envelopes for our invitations. I know it may seem rude or harsh but with Covid-19 and # restrictions having us cut down our list and to make this day affordable for us as well, I don't have any guilt about it. Is anyone else doing something like this?"

This is something else... we don't know how we would respond to this, but perhaps that is because we are not in her shoes...
It's a tricky one, however, it could be pretty smart in a way to ensure that guests attend. We guess she won't be happy with any wedding crashers then...
