Over the years, there have been some incredibly unusual job postings listed.

Some can certainly be labelled dream jobs, whilst others make us question their authenticity or legitimacy. It's like that saying, when something seems too good to be true, it generally is.

In this instance, it was a job listing that was posted by a US family that are said to be billionaires.

The job opening was for a full-time dog nanny with a salary of $127,227 per year. That's over R2-million.

Pause for a moment, because we can literally see your jaws drop to the ground.

"Our returning client is seeking an exceptional and highly experienced Dog Nanny to provide top-tier care for their two beloved dogs,” reads the job’s LinkedIn description.

"They are truly looking for someone at the top of their field who can ensure the overall well-being, happiness, and safety of their dogs." (Instagram)

The company that posted the job ad on LinkedIn expressed that the successful candidate would live with the family in their residence in London.

In addition, they said the successful candidate would be required to, “provide unparalleled care and attention to the dogs, treating them as valued members of the family." (Instagram)
