Have you been wanting to sink into the couch and decompress a little lately? Well, we have a list of shows that would probably keep you on the edge of that couch, too.  

1. Sexy Beasts 

The contestants go on dates disguised in cinematic level makeup and prosthetics - basically - Sexy Beasts! The idea is simple: To test whether these contestants can fall in love based on nothing else other than the person's personality. 

2. My Unorthodox Life

My Unorthodox Life revolves around fashion mogul Julia Haart - former member of an ultra-Orthodox Jewish community - turned CEO of Elite World Group.

3. Devilsdorp 

Showmax's new docu-series, 'Devilsdorp', has been described as a South African masterpiece. The four-part docu-series looks at the shocking and sometimes "bizarre" story about the Krugersdorp killings that took place between 2012 and 2016. 

The murders, which were known as the Appointment Murders and the Satanic Murders, were traced back to Cecilia Steyn.

Steyn is believed to have been the mastermind of the satanic killings. She is accused of running the Electus per Deus (Chosen by God) cult. You can read more about this spine-chilling new show by clicking here.

4. Fear Street

Netflix released a Fear Street trilogy based on the books by R. L. Stine and social media has been a-buzz. Welcome to Shadeyside, as a circle of teenage friends accidentally encounter the ancient evil responsible for a series of brutal murders that continue to plague their town for over 300 years. 

5. Cat People

There is also a series called Cat People and it explores our fascinating relationship with cats through the lens of some of the most remarkable and surprising cat people in the world.

6. Last Letter From Your Lover

The Last Letter From Your Lover is a heart-warming romantic drama that has everything in it to qualify as a great love story. It is set in London across two different time periods: the 1960s and the present day. The story follows Ellie Haworth, a journalist at The London Chronicle. She comes across love letters dating back to the 1960s.


7. Blood Red Sky

It’s basically Snakes On A Plane... if the snakes are vampires.

A woman named Nadja and her young son Elias board a plane from Germany to New York. The plane is hijacked by a group of terrorists... and Nadja is forced to unleash a monstrous secret in order to protect everyone.

8. The Water Man

Eleven-year-old Gunner sets out on a quest to save his ailing mother by searching for a mythical figure who possesses the secret to immortality - the Water Man. 

9. Elite

In the fourth season of Elite, a new school year begins at Las Encinas. lite is a Spanish teen thriller drama series and it has all the thrill and drama you could possibly squeeze into one storyline.

10. Atypical

The story follows Sam, an 18-year-old on the autism spectrum, who decides it's time to find a girlfriend, a journey that sets Sam's mom on her own life-changing path as her son seeks more independence. It's the fourth and final season, making this one another perfect one to binge.
