Watch: Tourists experience terrifying elephant stampede at Kruger National Park

Remaining calm is probably the last thing you want to do while experiencing this on a game drive at the Kruger National Park.
Game drives can be an incredible experience, but one should always remember that when in the wild, anything can happen.
"Keep calm", the tour guide said. Of course, how would you keep calm when you’re in the middle of a herd of rampaging elephants at the Kruger National Park? Impossible!

Nail biting footage has been uploaded to the Kruger National Park YouTube channel showing an intense situation where a tour group in their game vehicle were shaken as massive elephants ran on either side of their vehicle.
It’s understood that the elephants were stampeding to chase away a group of lions, and because there were a number of baby elephants who had still yet to make the journey across the road to safety, the dominant elephant became somewhat agitated the South African reports.

The group was asked to remain as quiet and avoid any sudden movement. Quite difficult when you have humungous elephants surrounding you, right?
Absolutely terrifying to say the least.
