Kaitlyn Daughtry decided to share a video on the app with the caption: "Whoever says dogs don't understand us are wrong."

While recording her dogs, she used some of their favourite words throughout the video, and their reactions were priceless.

Now other people have decided to try it out with their dogs and the result is tail-wagging, head-tilting, bouncing-with-joy excitement.

Which just goes to show that Kaitlyn might have a point. 

In a study done by the journal Frontiers in Neuroscience, scientists have found evidence that dogs are in fact able to process language and they have a basic understanding of the words their humans teach them.
