In case you didn't know, being behind the mic is not the only thing that I'm good at. I love spending time in the kitchen cooking up a storm for my friends and loved ones.
Despite being vegan, I have been told that I cook meat and chicken like a pro - and I don't even taste it to make sure the flavour is good - so it must be true!

One of my favourite ingredients to use in any dish has to be garlic. In addition to its medicinal properties, garlic has a knack of releasing the flavours in a meal, leaving you salivating for more, more, more!
Using garlic is amazing, but cleaning it is a pain in the butt. Well, not anymore, because I have stumbled upon one of the most creative ways to clean garlic. The great thing is that you don't even need any fancy devices or machinery to do so. Just a knife and a hand movement.
It's been popping up on my feed since last night, so it must be a sign. That's it! Tonight I'm cooking up a storm.
