Letting go is the step to relinquish unhealthy attachments to events, ideas, possessions, and minor irritations. 

Letting go implies that you accept what happened, be mindful and grateful to yourself, and remind yourself that whilst you can’t change the past, you can transform the past into something that can fuel your dreams.
