think what this guy did is super creepy? Zaba sure thinks he deserves a spot on
the top 10 list of World’s creepiest people.
I have heard many stories of creepy people around the world, and this man has to be in the top 10 of the World’s Creepiest People according to Zaba’s list.
28-year-old Yasuormi Hirai, allegedly squeezed himself into a drain 28cm wide and hid in there for 5 hours so he could snap photos up women’s skirts.
He was spotted by passers-by, who saw his hair sticking out the drain and then reported him.
This was also not the first time he was caught doing this.
Two years ago he was nabbed for the exact same crime and said that he wants to come back as part of the pavement in his next life.
