Sixty-six-year-old Jim is a grandfather, but also a MASSIVE Lady Gaga fan.
Both his granddaughter Whitney and wife filmed his priceless reaction to being told that he's going to Las Vegas to see Gaga live in concert.

According to the video posted on YouTube, the tickets are for her concert in 2020, but since the video made major waves, Park MGM invited them for another show with all the benefits included - flights, hotels, and even a meet-and-greet with Mother Monster herself.
