'Dead' woman discovered alive in Gauteng mortuary

Emergency services in Carletonville, Gauteng got the fright of their lives when they found a 'dead' woman alive in the mortuary.
The only thing that will run through your mind after reading this story is: "How in the earth did this happen?!"
Mortuary workers in Carletonville could not believe their eyes upon discovering a declared-dead woman very much alive in their mortuary fridge.
News24 reports that the woman was involved in an horrific car crash, and was declared dead at the scene. Paramedics ensured that they ran all her vital signs, but in medical terms, she was dead. Unfortunately - or fortunately for her, she wasn't, and mortuary technicians found her a good few hours post the accident.
Naturally, shock and horror set in once the technicians at the morgue saw the woman very much alive in the mortuary fridge.
It is alleged that an investigation is underway, and the woman is busy recovering in a local hospital, News24 reports.
This has to be the most bizarre story ever?!
