Bus passengers go 'flying' after horrific bus accident
Updated | By Damon Beard
You will never forget to strap yourself in after seeing this terrifying footage.

Day in and day out we hear of terrifying accidents on our public roads which claim the lives of many innocent South Africans. I have to be honest and say that I used to be one of those people who'd never wear a seatbelt.
I remember seeing an advert one day of an accident and what happened to the person wearing a seatbelt and the person who wasn't - and let's just say that I have always worn my seatbelt since.

According to the Arrive Alive website, any vehicle operating on our public roads needs to be fitted with seatbelts to ensure the safety of passengers. It also goes on to say that even if seatbelts are broken or being repaired, the vehicle shouldn't be in use. That's how serious and important wearing a seatbelt is regarded in South Africa.
While on the subject of seatbelts, here's actual footage of a bus full of passengers and a car on the left-hand side slamming into it in China. The interesting thing about the video is seeing what happens to the people strapped in, and the ones not strapped in.

Let's just that you will NEVER enter a car or public transport again without strapping yourself in. We need to be safe on the roads, people, and using your seatbelt is one vital law that we should all strive to obey.
