The coolest cat in the world: Bengal Tiger gets fitted with gold tooth

A Bengal Tiger from Germany is being hailed as the 'World's Coolest Feline' after receiving a gold implant.

An adorable six-year-old Bengal Tiger from Germany is making headlines for undergoing a complicated procedure which resulted in her having a gold tooth implanted.

According to The Sun, experts were called in to fit a gold crown after "dentists found two deep grooves, and vets feared the tooth could break at any time."
A mould was created at first to ensure the implant fitted perfectly. After the implant was set, the adhesive was used and then sealed with a special UV light.

Thankfully, this big kitty is showing off her gold tooth with pride - having the ability now to eat and chew on bones again without pain.
South African actress Nomzamo Mbatha hilariously took a dig at Durbanites by tweeting out a link to the original story. "Durban folks send their greetings 😎," she said.
