OR Tambo policeman is a real-life superhero

It’s
officially true, superheroes need not wear a cape!

Just this weekend, a good friend of ours broke down in an isolated area - husband, wife, and three kids. Not one car stopped and asked if they could help.

Is it a case of 'I'm ok, Jack, this doesn't concern me, so I'm moving on' or are people too scared to engage?
However, this story is different. On Sunday, 22 April, Isma Theron-De Wit found herself in a bit of a tizz after leaving her handbag behind on a flight into OR Tambo International Airport.
With no money to get onto the Gautrain and a dead cellphone to make matters worse, she tried asking for help but with no luck. This is when she broke down complete, tears and huddled herself into a ball. I don’t blame her, I can’t say I’d know what to do in such a sticky situation.

Then comes along SAPS officer Vincent, who went above and beyond to help Isma out and also managed to get all her belongings to her. The kind officer comforted her, offered to take her for medical treatment, and kept her calm throughout the ordeal.
Isma took to Facebook to show her gratitude.
"Not only did this man patiently sit with me to calm me down, but he eventually found my handbag and even helped me find an airport transfer when my app wasn't working. And stayed with me all along."- Isma Theron-De Wit
This story will give you the feels. Yay for officer Vincent! The world needs more souls like you.
