We asked J Sbu about his biggest achievements in the year 2023
Do you take time to reflect on the year that was and set intentions for the New Year?
This year was tough for many people and that is why we wanted to remind ourselves of the good things that came out of 2023.
So, we asked J Sbu to share what his biggest achievements for this year were.
This is what he had to say.

The two big achievements for J Sbu for 2023 were completing 28km at the aQuelle Tour Durban Cycling, having not trained, and doing it for the first time in my life. I really, really enjoyed that. That was a big achievement and it really propelled me to a different kind of mindset when it comes to pain and trying new things. I gained so much from that experience, it's actually emotional as I think about it. Another achievement, I completed the ABSA 10km, Ja I ran and now I run on a regular basis. I'm still working on the Amashova, I wasn't able to complete Amashova this year but I'll be tackling that next year. Those are the two big achievements and just mental health and finding myself, finding my purpose, overcoming the obstacles that were in my path in becoming and finding my true purpose.
