Kiddies Hotline: What kind of parent are you?
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
Parents, this one is for you!

The Kiddies Hotline is activated and today we are chatting to the parents.
Navigating parenthood and understanding how to discipline your kids can be very difficult.
Often, the most tricky situations can be in public where tantrums, disagreements, and conflict between the parent and child can occur. As a parent, there are several ways to deal with this and onlookers can often apply additional pressure as to how a parent should tackle the situation.
The way a child chooses to react comes down to the relationship between the parent and the child.

The two prominent ends of the spectrum are strict and lenient parenting. Each approach has its own set of advantages and challenges, and finding the right balance can be a delicate dance for any parent.

In reality, most parents aim for a balance between these two extremes, creating a harmonious approach that considers their child's individual needs and circumstances.
The key to effective parenting often involves setting boundaries and rules, while also allowing room for exploration and learning through experience.
Children thrive in an environment where they feel loved, understood, and supported, regardless of whether their parents lean more towards strictness or leniency.
All the best on your journey through parenthood.
TUNE IN to Stacey and J Sbu weekdays from 15:00-18:00 to share your opinion on the Kiddies Hotline.
