Parent knocks down teacher at school's entrance

It is one thing teachers dealing with ill mannered children, and another when they suddenly have to deal with parents who behave like hooligans in front of their kids and put other people's children in danger.

According to Metro, a parent identified as Rainier Schoeman ran over teacher Gareth McCarthy at Winston Churchill School. This barbaric incident comes after the school wrote to parents asking them not drop their children off in the school grounds.

The teacher, whose duty it is to stand at the gate and make sure that parents don't come into the school and drop their kids off, suffered terribly after he was carried a few feet on the bonnet of a car by a parent who thinks that school rules do not apply to him.
