Japan has given the bunny chow a make-over
Updated | By East Coast Drive
Have the Japanese beaten us at our own game?

They call it Brick Toast and it is quite simply a dessert version of our famous bunny chow.
Just like a bunny chow, the Brick Toast is really simple to make.
Besides the ridiculously sweet filling, the only difference here is that the inside of the loaf is cut into cubes.
The loaf shell is coated with butter and honey and is filled with the bricks made from the hollowed out bread.
It is then covered in a selection of creamy, sweet, chocolate and / syrupy ingredients.
What do you think? Is this a better idea than the bunny chow?
Would you make it?
