Bongani speaks out on #FeesMustFall and the arrest of the naked protester

We are all aware of the protest action that has been taking place around South Africa under the #FeesMustFall banner.
The fight for getting fees to fall has been an ongoing battle for a couple of years now. Students all over have united in protest at their various universities, all in the hope of getting the government to grant students free tertiary education.

The recent #FeesMustFall protests that have been taking place at UCT have been trending and even started a new trend of #BlockFikileMbalula. This trend started after the arrest of two students protesting naked. This all started because students along with the rest of South Africa felt our police minister was more interested in how many people follow him on Twitter and staying relevant on the network than dealing with real police matters.

Arguably the naked protest was a metaphor for dropping the fees and all the extreme measures students will take to get the government to grant free education.
