Bongani went running on the promenade this morning, and being chased by a dog made him realise that dogs actually shouldn't be be allowed in public spaces.

Bongani went running on the promenade this morning, and was chased by a dog. The owner was a small, old lady who couldn't control her dog from lashing out at strangers.

Bongani is adamant that dogs should not be allowed in public places. His reasoning is that they potentially put lives in danger, as you don't know what disease the dog carries, or what will happen to you if it bites or licks you. Those hospital fees and inconveniences are completely unnecessary.
