This extraordinary man isn't just a beacon of health in his advanced years; Dr Tucker is a living testament to the power of a sharp mind. The doctor recently shared invaluable tips for maintaining a healthy mind well into one's golden years.

"Keep your mind engaged through work, social and entertainment activities,” says Dr Tucker.
