Vice has created a short film titled, 'How to Kill a Cloud', sharing the story of a Finnish female scientist trying to create rain in the United Arab Emirates desert.
You remember when the UAE were successful with the cloud seeding secret project that had first begun in 2010?

It was an $11-million project that took more than just money for it to become a success.

This film looks at the lengths that humans will go to in order to reach their goals and dreams - regardless of the restrictions of nature.
This project was primarily for regions in the Middle East that were water-poor.
They were hoping it would solve the area’s problems with drought.
For now, they are just letting nature be without the meddling...
