Springboks’ new kit just dropped, and you know you want it!

SA Rugby and Nike just dropped their new kit, and it’s giving nostalgia and modern swagger!

It’s here, Bok fans! The new official Springbok rugby kit has just been unveiled, and it’s got us all feeling those 1995 goosebumps again.
SA Rugby and Nike dropped the fresh designs right on the 30th anniversary of that iconic Ellis Park final where Madiba handed Francois Pienaar the Webb Ellis Cup.
This year’s kit is a clever mix of nostalgia and modern edge, giving a subtle nod to the past while keeping the Boks looking sharp for the battles ahead.

The new jersey keeps things clean and classic with the timeless green and gold we all love.
The collar design is a real show-stopper–inspired by the King Protea, with the leaves elegantly ‘crowning’ the neckline.
Inside the collar? Four stars proudly sitting there as a reminder of the Boks’ four Rugby World Cup victories. Goosebumps, right?

The alternate kit goes all-white but still rocks the Protea collar in that classic bottle green.
It’s slick, stylish and definitely one for the collection.

The 1995 heritage jersey also made a comeback! It’s a faithful recreation of the one worn during the Boks’ legendary 15-12 win over New Zealand.
It even features the iconic Springbok leaping over a wreath of proteas.

According to SA Rugby CEO Rian Oberholzer, “Nike has done a superb job of honouring Springbok tradition while giving it a modern design edge.”
We have to agree. This is a kit drop worth celebrating.
The jerseys (home, alternate, and heritage) plus a lifestyle collection for the fans will be available from Wednesday, 25 June at Nike stores, major retailers, Nike.com and other online spots.
So, get ready to rock your green and gold with pride.
It’s not just a jersey, it’s a statement.
