Victoria’s Secret models walked the runway in their recent fashion show and they all looked amazing, including 34-year-old model, Adriana Lima who doesn't look a day older than 20.
Adriana shared her nutritional guideline smart and dished on the secret beverage she drinks every night before bed in order to burn calories!
What does she drink to keep her body in tip-top shape? It's Buckwheat!
Every night before the model goes to sleep, she downs a buckwheat smoothie, which apparently is loaded with protein and can boost the metabolism while controlling a craving for sweets..
"I’ll mix buckwheat with hemp milk and honey, and I’ll eat it hot or cold depending on how I feel. Eating buckwheat before bedtime actually helps you burn calories while you sleep", reported Kiis1065.

Supermodel Adriana Lima
Lima also reportedly consumes oatmeal for breakfast, fruit for a snack, chicken or fish with Japanese yams and quinoa for lunch, raw almonds, dried cranberries and raw cashews for an afternoon snack and chicken or fish with Japanese yams and quinoa for dinner.
It sounds like a tall order to keep in shape but hey, you're more than welcome to give it a try.
