For some, blocking and ignoring is the only option, while others take stalking to a whole new level. In some instances, staying in touch with each other’s lives can provide a sense of comfort.

No, but he and his girlfriend comment on mine, not in a good way, of course. Yeah, I didn't block him... he's going to watch me win and succeed. He blocked me, but unblocks me to check up every now and then when he gets bored, I suppose
Definitely not if you are not on good terms and have not moved on (or vice versa). People need to have more self-respect and show integrity, despite how much what you see may hurt
Depends on why they re your ex in the first place...some people can be grown up about it, and some people just can't.
