This KZN car wash took “full service” to a whole new gear!
Could this be the wildest car wash ever? They took the tyres off and washed the car on beer crates!
There’s something about a freshly washed car that makes you feel like you’re test-driving it straight off the dealership floor.
Whether it’s your 2024 M3 Competition or a 2007 Citi Golf with one working window and a sound system that only plays Mnike.
Well, one car wash in KwaZulu-Natal has officially raised the bar (and the car) quite literally.
An X user recently posted a snap of a white VW Polo mid-wash, and trust us, this wasn’t your run-of-the-mill hose-down.
Nope. These gents went full throttle.
They took the tyres off, placed the Polo on empty beer crates, popped the bonnet, whipped off the number plates and opened the fuel cap.

They basically stripped it cleaner than a repo man with a vendetta.
Now that’s what you call a five-star auto valet experience. Or maybe a crime scene clean-up… we’re still undecided.

“After paying for this thorough car wash, the owner will have to go pay for wheel alignment”.
Yep. Might as well throw in a wheel balancing while you’re at it.

Yoh, imagine waiting a whole afternoon for them to finish scrubbing your suspension bolts.
“How did they even get the car on those crates?”
A valid question. Witchcraft? Car-jitsu? Nobody knows.

Honestly, it does have serious CSI: Umlazi vibes.

Honestly, if this is part of a plan to one day steal the car, they can keep it. They clearly want it more.
This wasn’t just a wash; it was a full-on spa day for that Polo.
It’s the kind of treatment your car dreams about while parked under a tree full of birds with diarrhoea.
Next time you think about getting your car cleaned, ask yourself: Are they taking the tyres off? Are there crates involved? Is there a bonnet inspection?
