1.

Eskom said it will suspend loadshedding from 22:00 tonight until 16:00 on Monday. The suspension of loadshedding is as a result of the continued good generation fleet performance and the expected lower weekend demand.

The Hazelmere Water Treatment Plant, situated in Verulam, is set to undergo a necessary maintenance shutdown from Friday, 20 October 2023, at 1:00, to the morning of Monday, 23 October 2023, at 6:00.

Injured Springbok player Makazole Mapimpi has had his Instagram followers scratching their heads after he shared a cryptic post that all was not as it seemed. In an Instagram Story on Thursday that was later deleted, Mapimpi hinted at his state of mind in a cryptic post. 

It read: "We all get a little mad sometimes. Just don’t forget who you are in the process of it. It’s me against me."
