1. 

Another eight alleged July unrest instigators made an appearance in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Thursday. This brings the total number to 34 people that have been charged.

2. 

A team from eThekwini Municipality is currently removing the carcass of a juvenile humpback whale at Glenashley Beach in Durban North. The beach is closed for now.

3. 

Two years ago, Nando's introduced plant-based options in Australia. Those have now been launched in SA, so you can buy a R64 no-meat wrap, among many other options. Nando's isn't shy about what it is selling. As in Australia, the range is called, The Great Pretender.

Lewis Ellis from Manchester, a former contestant on 'The Apprentice', realised he left his headphones behind after he got off a flight from Bangkok. He decided to track them down using a tracking app on his phone and got them back!
