Activist hackers in Belarus have allegedly breached computers that control that country’s trains and brought some to a halt, part of what they say is an effort to disrupt Russian soldiers moving into Ukraine.

A group of about 30 ATDF ASA members pulled over dozens of truck drivers in Richards Bay in northern KwaZulu-Natal as police and soldiers monitored the situation.

The Canadian Space Agency tweeted a satellite view of the Cape Breton Highlands in Nova Scotia in an attempt to highlight the region's geology and history. Instead, people on the internet managed to highlight how much the area looks like a cat.

Amazon has launched a solar plant project in South Africa. 

They have set up a 10-megawatt solar plant in the Northern Cape Province, which is thought generate to 28,000 megawatt-hours (MWh) of renewable energy per year, which is equal to the yearly amount of electricity consumed by over 8,000 homes in South Africa.

By Tweeting an infographic, Russia reminded South Africa about its role in the fight against apartheid, support of uMkhonto we Sizwe, and the BRICS partnership in celebrating 30 years of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
