Only in Britain. Police were called to a home in Oldham after members of the public said a giant cat was "pawing in the grass". The escaped tiger spotted in a garden turned out to be a soft toy after terrified neighbours raised the alarm.

A video of Sunday’s horrific crash on the N12 near Delmas has been widely shared on social media. The video shows how a taxi, without any passengers on board, swerves multiple times before crashing into another vehicle. A person is then seen flung meters into the air due to impact.

According to English actor and TV presenter Christopher Biggins, there's a good reason the Queen has been canceling her official engagements of late and why no photos are allowed at Prince Philip’s memorial service. 

Apparently, she is now forced to use a wheelchair and doesn’t want to be seen in public in it as she's proud and “doesn’t want to be seen struggling”.

Entries for this year’s Comrades Marathon opened on Wednesday, March 23, with runners, both South African and international, looking forward to the return of the legendary marathon route after two years of virtual events.
