Ed Sheeran accused of ripping off Marvin Gaye's song

Ed Sheeran is accused of ripping off another song and this time, it's Marvin Gaye! Do you think these songs sound the same?

Ed Sheeran is in hot water again for allegedly ripping off Marvin Gaye's instrumentals on one of his hit songs 'Thinking out loud".
Sheeran has been hit with a copyright lawsuit alleging that he's ripped off the 1973 classic "Let's Get It On" instrumentals from Marvin Gaye according to Mashable.
Unlike the Pharrell and Robin Thicke song "Blurred lines" that also received the same copyright lawsuit from Marvin Gaye's family, Ed Sheeran is being sued by Ed Townsend's family, who co-wrote the song with Gaye.
They're accusing Ed Sheeran of ripping off the "melodic, harmonic and rhythmic compositions" of "Let's Get It On" for "Thinking Out Loud,"
Do you think they sound alike?
