Did you know that the stability balls have the most incredible benefits?

When it comes to health and fitness, Keri Miller is who we turn to!
She spent the week talking about getting one for the studio so she can use it during the show.
According to North Central Surgical Center, if they're used properly, these stability balls can strengthen your core (abdominal and lower back muscles). These are the most used to perform daily activities. A strong core helps to protect the the spine, pelvis, hips and shoulders.
