Comrades champion gets a gift from East Coast Radio
Comrades champion Bongmusa Mthembu is South Africa's shining light in the world of running. He popped into the studio to chat to East Coast Breakfast ahead of his race on Sunday.

'Humble' is one of the words which best describes Bongmusa Mthembu. The star athlete joined Darren, Keri, and Sky ahead of his Comrades run on Sunday, 9 June.
He shared what his previous win means to him and that remaining humble through it all is very important. Bongmusa spoke of his routines and what he does to practice.
One of the moments which stood out during the interview was when East Coast Radio's General Manager, Boni Mchunu, handed Bongmusa a rose, which symbolises our support for him this weekend.
