#Boardroom101: Good leaders were once good followers
Barbara Kellerman, a leadership lecturer at Harvard, in USA believes that to be a good leader, you need to have been a good follower.

She argues that good followers are passionately committed and deeply involved, and I couldn’t agree more. Passion and commitment are the very essences of leadership.
Also, as a follower, you need to listen well, execute what you have been mandated to do, work well with your team members, and have the courage to try new things.
