2020 Year in Review: 'Zol' producer in trouble with Minister Dlamini-Zuma

Max Hurrell, who produced the popular 'Zol' parody song, had some explaining to do after Minister Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma caught wind of his mischievous behavior.
What do you get when you mix a great beat and a funny speech? A hit!
That is what happened when producer Max Hurrell played around with some beats to create a very popular parody song that was born after a lockdown speech by Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma.

When lockdown was announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa, many things had to change. The sale of cigarettes was halted in a bid to decrease the spread of COVID-19 and further avoid respiratory problems.
Max, being a creative, saw a gap in the music market and decided to give us something to laugh about during those trying times.

Allow us to refresh your memory.
However, when Minister Dlamini-Zuma heard the famous 'Zol' song, she jokingly tweeted that she would like to have a little "talk" with Max about his funny shenanigans.
